You pay on delivery when your heels arrive, so there is no card to enter online. As soon as you order, you receive a confirmation email with everything you ordered.
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We will get in touch if we need to confirm anything about your order or your address.
Our sizes are European. Every product page has a size guide with UK and US conversions and foot lengths, and our full size guide explains how to measure your foot at home.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you exchange them for another size, as long as they are unworn and in their original box.
